Shipping Time
Shipping time is 7–14 days.
- This doesn’t include our 1-3 day processing time.
- All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays

Lost or Missing Packages
Clawspaw is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
If the mistake is on our end, we will take full responsibility and resend your order at no additional cost.

Customs Import Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the order arrives in their country.
By purchasing from Clawspaw, you acknowledge that customs charges may occur depending on your local regulations.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the shipping carrier’s system.
If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and tracking information is still unavailable, please contact us.

Multiple Packages
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately, even if combined shipping was selected at checkout.
